Celera CRM Solutions Manager Receives Award

Melissa Klein, a key member of Celera Systems, LLC’s CRM team has been awarded the Certified Salesforce.com Administrator designation. Another step in Celera’s ongoing investment in supporting its Customer Relationship Management solution, Klein’s Salesforce.com Administrator designation continues to deepen the professional bench strength of Celera’s CRM Solutions Group.

John Salvatierra who heads Celera’s CRM Solutions business lauded Klein’s Salesforce credentialing: “Melissa was on the ground floor of customizing Salesforce.com’s CRM platform to suit the unique business models of small and fast growing asset managers. Melissa brings an extremely valuable combination of understanding the mutual fund distribution business and a deep competence in getting the most out of Salesforce.com for our CRM clients.”

Melissa Klein’s professional career has integrated a broad and diverse skill set across varied manufacturing processes, from raw materials acquisition to production management, quality assurance, data conversion, document workflow and automation. Melissa began her career with Abbott Laboratories, a multi-national healthcare company, where she successfully completed Abbott’s rigorous “Manufacturing Professional Development Program” (MPDP) and led a design team to develop and implement a manufacturing document management system. After relocating to Wisconsin, Melissa continued to broaden her acumen in information systems, data management and business reporting, and led a project to build and install a CRM system for a fast-growing non-profit organization. In 2010 Melissa was elected to the Franklin Public Schools Board of Education, where she oversees a $50 million annual budget as Treasurer for the high-performing, 4200 student, 162 staff member school district. Melissa earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and her MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
